Why does silver (I’m meaning at least just the color) seem to be more popular than yellow gold for wedding rings? I think silver rings are gorgeous but I also love the traditional yellow gold rings and that is what I’m getting when I get married.
So why do you think one has become more popular?

It’s not about the worth of it but I just think that silver rings simply look better than gold rings.

My Mom recently gave me her mother’s beautiful wedding rings (wedding and engagement). She said I should wear them on my right hand. I’ve never been married but the rings are a perfect fit. The setting is so unique – rings are over 70 years old. Is this ok in today’s world?

I’m looking for wedding ring because my fiance wants ideas and i love the rings that have a black band but i have no idea what its made of. any help?

1. Black titanium band
* extremely strong yet light
* scratch- and corrosion-resistant
* $500 – $1200

2. Black ceramic band
* super strong ceramic
* low cost (might look cheap?)

3. Black tungsten band
* naturally occurring hard metal
* only a diamond can scratch it
